I have a routine of journaling for the first time. With the prompts, I focus on what I need to center myself and get into that mindset in order to start each day off as best as possible with all aspects considered. The quickness of this process has really helped me not feel intimidated by it because there’s no long drawn out ritual or elaborate act involved- just being present one sentence at a time is enough! It fits within my busy schedule too; sometimes when life gets hectic and you don’t know where your going next minute let alone hour from then – having something simple that is connected with what matters to me can help stabilize things so they make sense again.
