The assessment takes 20 minutes per person. The Team Strengths Report is ready as soon as everyone has completed the assessment. You don’t need to run a workshop or dedicate a full day. Most managers introduce it in a regular team meeting using our conversation guide – it takes about 45 minutes and teams consistently say it’s one of the most useful meetings they’ve had.
What if only some of my team complete it?
You still get value – partial team data is better than no data. But we’ve found that completion rates are high when the manager takes the test first and shares their own results with the team. It signals that this is something you’re doing with them, not to them.
Our team is remote / distributed across time zones. Does that affect how this works?
Not at all – HIGH5 is fully async by design. Each person takes the assessment independently, on their own time, from any device. The team results are available as soon as everyone has completed the test, and the insights are just as actionable for a distributed team as for one that sits together. Many of our most active teams are fully remote.
